• To arrange and hold calls you book with us

We rely on your consent for text messages, and on our legitimate interests in running and improving our business for other contact. You can withdraw consent at any time.

SMS opt-in data and mobile numbers

Our SMS messaging platform and mobile carriers handle your mobile number only to deliver the messages you have agreed to receive. They act on our instructions as processors and may not use it for any other purpose.

• Calendly: to schedule calls you book with us
• Vercel: to host this website

Some of these providers are based in the United States. Where your information is transferred outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or adequacy regulations.

How long we keep it

We keep your contact details and messages for as long as we are in contact with you about our services. If you opt out or we stop working together, we delete them within 24 months of our last contact. We keep a record of your consent and any opt-out request for up to 4 years so we can show how consent was obtained and make sure we do not text you again after you opt out.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:

• give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• correct information that is wrong
• delete your information
• stop or restrict using your information, or object to how we use it
